Shipping from United States

Orders will be ready to ship within 7 business days of receiving payment. 
Moonflower Essence ships through USPS mail. Overseas orders will take longer to arrive, please keep this in mind. 
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. 

You will be sent an Email Confirmation once your package has been shipped. This will contain all of your tracking information.

Refunds

Moonflower Essence does not generally accept returns on our items. Sometimes errors do occur, though, and when that happens please contact Support@moonfloweressence.com within 2 days of receiving, and we can discuss a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on any used items. 

Since we do not use preservatives or stabilizers, products can change due to temperature fluctuations with seasons and in transit, please keep this in mind when ordering from our company.
